In late 2002 More Than Gourmet made a commitment to the future of stocks and sauces and embarked on designing a new state-of-the-art production facility dedicated to our craft—French Stocks and Sauces that follow the dictates Chef Master Escoffier prescribed. We expanded our existing headquarters in Akron, Ohio and converted it to a world-class facility that brings exciting new capabilities to our customers.
